• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. • Exceptions: Custom-made items, special orders, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

  3. Store Credit: Get a credit towards future purchases.

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): We’ll send you an RMA number via email.
  4. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them to us using the provided return label.

Refund Processing

• Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Notify Us Immediately: Contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt. • Return Instructions: Follow our standard return process. • Additional Compensation: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

International Returns

For customers outside the Netherlands:

• Customs Fees: You are responsible for any customs fees associated with returning items. • Shipping Costs: We recommend using trackable shipping methods for international returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll promptly ship out your new item.

Cancellation Policy

All Champion Helmets stands behind the quality of our products. If an item fails due to manufacturing defects within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge.
